LONDON BRIDGE 1st CLASS
Cara’s class gets off to a superb start at London Bridge and she can’t wait to see her students again soon. Cara is running a promotion which runs out Wednesday 27th January, so try and get there to avoid disappointment. The price is just £4 for the hour!!

Plymouth Workshop!!
Cara will be visiting plymouth for a brand new workshop on the 18th of October.
Only £15 per person!
She will be teaching a never-seen-before choreography to a very catchy song. Modern beats, North African grooves and a lot of fun!
Classes begin at 12 noon at Plymouth Uni, and will finish at 3:30pm with a 30 minute break.

A New Belly Dance Class is coming very soon and this year we are planning to do two more DVDs at least.
Cara's new range of DVDs will be moving on from the successful beginners guide which will now become the first of five levels.
The DVDs are in preproduction and will be filmed sometime between Easter and Summer. They will be released in the middle of the year.

After a couple of months break, Belly Dance School is back and now in the heart of London City.
Classes begin on the 12th November and run for 5 weeks until an Xmas break and then begin again in the new year with advanced classes.

There’s also a possibility that a new ‘Belly Dance with Cara’ DVD production will begin filming in December although this is not confirmed as yet. Details will follow soon. Preproduction of 4 new DVDs are currently running. The idea is to release them during 2009. If you'd like to participate in the filming, the more the merrier... please get in touch.

We’re back!... Cara is soon moving to London to begin a new regular class. Details of where and when will be coming in the next few months. Plymouth ladies don’t despair; we’re still committed to bringing you a class when we can get down there. Most of them will be at weekends and with plenty of notice. Please give us as much feedback as possible so that we can fit into your schedule too.

We are now operating one hour only from 6PM - 7PM. This is so we can all enjoy a night off with the love or our lives... or maybe just a nice night in with the family? Sorry again for being so late with the change... We're going to try and get in touch with all of you before Thursdays class.
